Subject to these Terms of Use, Merchant Onboarding Policy, KYC Policy, Disputes and Grievance Redressal Policy and Privacy Policy (collectively, "POLICIES"), SlabPay offers the Services set forth in Schedule I herein.

Schedule I also contains descriptions and process flows of all Services that are offered to Users. These descriptions and process flows are set out in Part A to Part G in Schedule I.

SlabPay is constantly evolving in order to provide the best possible experience and information to its Users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which SlabPay provides may change from time to time without any prior notice to you.

As part of this continuing process, you acknowledge and agree that SlabPay may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to Users generally at SlabPay 's sole discretion, without any prior notice. You may stop using the Services at any point of time. You do not need to specifically inform SlabPay when you stop using the Services.

You acknowledge and agree that if SlabPay disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account, and SlabPay shall intimate you regarding the same.

SlabPay reserves the right to delete your User information stored in your account including but not limited to all or any personal information or any sensitive personal data or information ("SPDI") stored in your User account. Alternately, a User may notify us if they do not wish that we retain or use the personal information or SPDI by contacting the Grievance Officer (as provided below). However, in such a case, we may not be able to provide you some or all of our Services.

You acknowledge and agree that while SlabPay may not currently have set a fixed upper limit on the number of transmissions you may send or receive through the Services, such fixed upper limits may be set by SlabPay at any time, solely at SlabPay 's discretion.

Use of the Services by User

Money Transfer

Domestic Money transfer is a crucial and basic need in our day-to-day lives. At SlabPay we empower people by ensuring that this basic need is expertly and conveniently met with the help of our remittance services.

Aadhaar Banking

The AePS service enables the customer to use their Aadhaar card to access their Aadhaar-linked bank account and carry out basic banking transactions like withdrawals, balance enquiry. These transactions can be easily done using a Biometric Scanner

BBPS

Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) is a RBI mandated system which offers integrated and interoperable bill payment services to customers across geographies with certainty, reliability and safety of transactions.

Matm

Micro ATM (Matm) is a portable hand held device for cash withdrawal from users’ bank accounts. Matm services are used to withdraw cash and for balance enquiries just like a bank ATM. micro ATMs come in handy in areas where bank ATMs are far and few. It has made cash withdrawal more accessible and convenient for customers.

Travel

SlabPay Is A unique Tech-Enabled Business Model In The Travel And Payments Space, Providing Unified One Stop Platform For All Travel And Payment Solutions To All The B2B Merchants. SalbPay offers a variety travel services such as Bus, train and flight ticket bookings at reasonably priced and comprehensive rates.

Business Correspondent

With the objective of ensuring greater Financial Inclusion and increasing outreach of the banking sector, Banks have been permitted to use the services of NGOs/SHGs, Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs) as intermediaries in providing Financial and Banking services through the use of Business Correspondent Model.
